Banner drop over Highway 35 North in Duluth, MN opposing the first wolf hunt in Minnesota since the 1970’s; followed by a rally put on by the group “Howling for Wolves” at Lake ave and Superior St in downtown Duluth. The hunt opened on November 3, 2012 and continues for three months, even though 80% of Minnesotans poled opposed the hunt. Many groups have joined in the fight to stop the hunt and the tribes have committed their lands as wolf sanctuaries. For more information see stopthewolfhunt.org.
